In 2010, we received the Certification in Service and Quality award from SGS at the Latin American Quality Awards in Santa Marta, along with the Exito Awards prize in Lima, Peru, for our outstanding business management practices. The following year, we were privileged to accept the International Quality Summit Award in New York City and the Latin American Quality Institute Award in Bogota, acknowledging our unwavering dedication to service quality. In 2012, we achieved recertification for Norma NTSH006:2009 and proudly became the first hotel in Antioquia to earn a coveted 5-star rating under the updated classification standards.
